Discussion on common using problems and the maintenance of microwave protein hydrolysis instrument

Protein hydrolysis is an important step for the amino acid composition analysis. According to daily inspection, common problems existed in daily use are introduced in this paper. On the basis of the three-year practical experience, the maintenance methods to vulnerable accessories, such as ceramic tube, sensor and hydrolysis rotor are put forward. At last, the predicting thoughts to the possible problems appeared in using microwave protein hydrolysis instrument are brought forward.
