With the deepgoing of reform and the opening to the out si de world and establishment of socialism market economy system,people pay more at tention to Copyright,the conflict between Copyright and document management util ization and exploit become more and more serious,with can′t be neglected.This p aper discuss the relation between Copyright law and document menagement i.e. cop yright protection is to make better use of document resources and effective prot ection can provide beter use of document resources.
