Production Management and Practice of Information System's Operation

In order to improve the operation management of information system to meet the production requirement of power network and realize the value of informationization.Guangxi Power Grid Corporation proposed a productive management thought for the operation management of information system under the guidance of ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) methodology and the experience of production management of power network.The thought was put it into practice and have been obtained good benefits,thus a new mode is created for the operation management of information system.The management means,technical means and the platform that realize the productive operation management of information system and the practice results are described,and assumptions for next step's construction are also proposed.
