A SYSTEMATIC ANALYSIS OF COMPONENT FACTORS OF CORE COMPETENCY OF PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY SERVICE ENTERPRISES

As a complex competence system, the core competitive power of petroleum technology service enterprises consists of 18 factors, such as enterprise culture, R D investment, core technology, and so on, which make the relationships among those factors more complex. With the application of ISM, this paper, by analyzing the complexity of component factors and their links, discusses those factors at superficial level, shallow level, medium level and deep level. It is hoped that the discussion contributes to the enhancement of the core competitiveness of petroleum technology service enterprises.
