RESEARCH PROGRESS ON TRANSGENIC GRAIN AND THEIR DETECTION BY PCR

This paper briefly discussed the main transgenic methods such as micro-projectile bombardment,agrobacterium-mediated method and pollen-tube pathway.The research progress of transgenic technology on wheat,rice, soybean and maize,and the application of PCR in their detection were reviewed.
