Method of human reliability analysis on school bus driver based on CREAM

At present,the school bus has become the important traffic tool for students to go to school.In recent years,society has paid high attention to school bus safety for so many school bus safety accidents.But most research on school bus safety management emphasized on how to improve the reliability of the school bus hardware,but lack of the reliability research on driver.In view of the current domestic kindergarten school bus safety management status and taking the school bus safety accident that occurred in Gansu as an empirical sample,the root causes of human error in school bus safety accidents was analyzed using the retrospective analysis method in CREAM.The research can not only help us to take relevant measures and make up for security vulnerabilities and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents caused by human factors in in school bus safety management system,but also provide reference in cognitive reliability and error analysis of industrial system.
