Two Analyzing Methods of Electrical Performance Index of Common Collector-common Base Combination Amplification

Common collector-common base combination amplification circuit has favorable amplifying characteristic,it can be used as buffer stage and also supply certain voltage as well as current gain.These outstanding performance and characteristics make it widely used in analog integrated circuit.Based on structural characteristics of common collector-common base combination amplification circuit,this paper probes on two methods of analyzing performance index under linear amplification with the forms of multi stage amplification circuit and differential amplification circuit,and demonstrates its physical meanings.
