Special reagents in drug discovery today

The current status of special reagents in drug discovery was reviewed.As a key drive force for innovation of chemical drugs,the special reagents play an important role in drug RD process.In recent years,big pharmaceutical companies are continuously increasing the investment in drug innovation,and constantly investing heavily in developing and collecting rare or novel special reagents to secure an advantage position for the new drug RD and innovation.The development trend of special reagents was also reviewed,which is using modern pharmaceutical chemical technology and computational chemistry as tools,following the current drug design/discovery trend as basis for the systematic research and development of special reagents.
