The Research of Government Websites Performance Evaluation based on Logical Framework Approach

The author analyzes the evaluation of Convenient online services on the government websites with the logical framework approach,and summarizes its four levels: macro objectives,specific objectives,output and input,then sums up the objectives and causality of this activity.And then the author forms a basic logical frame work based on the four levels,establishes a two-level structure of the assessment framework,by analyzing three vertical logic relations and a horizontal logic relation.
