As the window to show and exchange the scientific research achievements,transactions of colleges and universities have great significance to promote the development of higher education and improve the teaching and research level. Although vast in number, there are few transactions of colleges and universities with characteristics, influence and representativeness. To improve the competitive power in periodical market, we must change our conception and mode of running the transactions and improve the quality of practitioners.
