Study on Natural Doubling Effect of Maize Haploid in Different Ecological Environments

In order to explore the environmental conditions and genotypes suitable for natural doubling of maize haploid,provide the reference for the haploid breeding.Using induced haploid Nongda Gaoyou No.1 and 5 different genotypes induced haploid grains as the materials,which were planted in spring of Shijiazhuang,summer of Shijiazhuang and winter of Sanya,the natural doubling effect of maize haploid in different ecological environments were studied.The results showed that the natural doubling effects of different genotypes materials and the different environments had significant differences,the natural doubling effect in winter of Sanya was best,in spring of Shijiazhuang was followed and in summer of Shijiazhuang was not suitable for haploid natural doubling.Among the tested genotypes,the natural doubling effects of Xianyu 808、MSD1 and DMY1 were better.
