The design of a new frequency synthesizer and modulator was proposed,and the theoretical analyses,final result were described.A new device was used to realize the±π/3 BPSK,a modulation tracking phase lock loop was utilized in the frequency spectrum shifter.The new design has more advantage such as simple scheme,high accuracy of modulation,low cost,pure frequency spectrum compared with the traditional design.It has application in DCP system.
