PSR Model-based Conception of Ecological Effect Assessment Indication System for Constructing of a Hydropower Project

The paper has established the principle of selecting assessment indexes by analyzing the connotation of ecological effect assessment indication system for a hydropower project in terms of study of ecological effect assessment indication system for a hydropower project,and constituted a framework of scientific,practical and workable assessment indication system based on the pressure-state-response(PSR) conception model.
