Cloud computing is the focus of the society,there are more and more important roles in the development of all sectors of the society,regarded as the core of a new generation of information technology revolution. In the twelfth five year plan,the children's education management and construction is an important topic. The paper will introduce the implementation of children's education resource management platform,and explore the construction of education resource management platform on cloud computing mode. The platform includes five modules: user management module,view the resource module,search resource module,upload module and download resource module. The Implementation of children's education resource management platform provides better education environment for children's education.
