In order to improve the dynamic response characteristics of the sensor, the principle of pole-zero suppressing was used to widen the working frequency. The relationship between pole modeling error of system and widening of the working frequency band is analyzed, and their spectrums are obtained. Conclusions are drawn that for a first-order system, the compensation effect is conspicuous, which only relates to modeling error;for a second-order system, the compensation effect is determined by modeling error and damping ratio. The larger the damping ratio is,the higher the requirement of pole's component of precision to obtain the same compensation effect, and the low the requirement of pole's imaginary part is contrary. The error of resistive component is neglected,if damping ratio is lower then 0.1.Simulation results agree with the theory.Quantitative analysis the relationship between noise and working frequency band, provide basis for real-time compensation.Real-time compensation system based on digital signal processor is realized, the output of the system is observed, and the feasibility and stability is verified.
