An Agent-Based Message Inoculation Model for Anti-SPAM

Zili Zhang · Journal of Southwest University · 2008

The agent technology is introduced into message inoculation in this paper. An agent-based message inoculation model (ABMIM) for anti-spam is proposed. The related issues of ABMIM are discussed, and a series of experiments are conducted. The experimental results show that the proposed model can not only accomplish message inoculation and improve the filtering accuracy, but also maintain users' preferences. The incorrect inoculation messages from malicious mail users are then reduced effectively.
