On the Inappropriateness and Amendment to the Consult Documents Standard in Journal Editing

Though the standard of consult documents used in journal editing has maken a lot of progress in journal's standardization and digitization,there are still some inappropriateness in it.For example,it has not provided the name writing form of English author and translater,the page writing form of work and that of collection of academic thesis is not unitied, and so on.It is necessary to get the standard perfecter.
