Design and Research of UGIS at Street Level

This paper mainly expounds the conception and signification of UGIS at street level and goes on some researches on the design and implementation of UGIS at street level, especially the classification and organization of data at a large scale in cities. Taking the application system of Tai'an UGIS at street level as an example, it also discusses the organization and management of system data, the main framework of system and its general function modules. Finally, it solves such problems as way of bus exchange, organization of multimedia information and so on.
