Consideration for the Work of Reader Service and Quality of Librarian in Library of University

The paper discusses the meaning, content, object and mode of reader service work in theory. It also analyzes similarities and differences between current service and future service. It explores how to do good work of reader service and puts forward the new requirement for librarian in network enviornment.;
