Modeling and Emulational Analysis of Sorting Systems with Random Orders

As the automatic sorting systems with the random orders have the characteristics of complexity,subsequence, synchronization,etc,the model of the automatic sorting system based on object Petri net was proposed.This model is simple, intuitionist,flexible,operable and can solve the problem of state exploding which appears in modeling of automatic sorting system with other methods.Simulation system was built based on this model and the balanced token was applied to improve the picking efficiency at the first time.The simulation result shows that the picking efficiency increases 19.8%on average.
