Development and application of Flash M25P64 driver

The M25P64 is a 64Mbit(8M×8) Serial Flash Memory provided by SGS-Thomson Microelectronic,whose many of features can afford a solution for the large-scale data memory.This paper introduces the principal features,operational principle,drivers and typical example of application of Flash M25P64.The system can run availably and steadily based on SPI interface in typical application.
