From the point of detection accuracy and detection efficiency of the steel ball online detection and sorting device,studied detection method and detection device of steel ball online detection.Focused on the basic method to get interference holographic image of steel ball through the laser interferometer and device design,introduced how to use digital holographic technology processing interferometry image,and the methods of grade evaluation and sorting.
