Consumer Rights Protection under E-commerce Environment

E-commerce is a double-blade sword.As a new way of transaction,it brings enormous economic profits to the society,and at the same time threatens the law of traditional market.By the analysis about the features and the trend of development of E-commerce,it is not difficult to conclude that the development of E-commerce is not to be stopped.But these characters break though the present restriction of traditional commerce and give E-commerce an unprecedented development.So it is an urgent task to set up laws to normalize the E-commerce order and further develop and protect the rights of consumers.
