Introduced the structure and function of coal mine risk management and early warning system based on SMS.Designed and developed a SMS middleware,which managed message extraction,processing and delivery to an SMS gateway from where it was delivered to the end user using a GSM modem device.Major risk information was promptly transmitted to safety management personnel through SMS,making risk management and control more efficient and effective.
