Study on the Implementation of Artificial Neural Network in Safety Assessment System

Matlab COM technology is proposed to implement ANN(Artificial Neural Network) in safety assessment system to simplify the program development.Because the neural network toolbox in Matlab can not be used to build COM component,another way to develop ANN is proposed.How to build COM component in Matlab and how to call the functions of the component from normal windows applications are described and demonstrated.The ANN can be implemented efficiently by combining Windows application development software and Matlab COM.
