The High-speed Sampling Theorem

In 1948 Shannon gave the famous sampling theorem about the band-limited functions. But some shortcomings of Shannon theorem such as the low convergence rate haven't satisfied the fast development of modern communication technology. This paper establishes a new high-speed sampling theorem by selecting a new basic function on the basis of Shannon theorem. The new theorem has a fast convergence rate. At the same time we can do numerical computation easily by the new theorem.
