FSM-A Frequent Subgraph Mining Algorithm Based on Subgraph and Structure Isomorphism

Frequent graph pattern mining has attracted great interest in data mining community and it has found wide application in text structure analysis,bioinformatics and web exploration.But the result set generated using these methods contains many repetitive structures. In order to solve the problem,this paper propose a new method called FSM(frequent subgraph mining) to find frequent subgraph and prove corresponding theoritics to guarantee the exactness of FSM.
