： Office is a site in which the main work is performing brainwork and dealing with information． It is a keystone of information building that we can manage daily official business and share information with computer to advance efficiency． Lotus Domino/Notes is the most popular groupware system in the world today． It has full flow control and security so that it is suitable to deal with every non－structure data． This paper analyses the office automation and states Lotus Domino/Notes as best flat roof of designing OA system．
