Design of external information fused power dispatch data platform

All sorts of extreme external disaster makes the power system is no longer an isolated subsystem,so many information such as meteorological,geological,primary energy,transportation and communication network,etc is urgently needed to introduce to the power system operation and management.In this paper,the perception of external information and the information fusion technique was analyzed.A power dispatch platform fused external information which based on SOA(service-oriented architecture)was designed.The 2D/3Ddisplay on the geography diagram and the grid wiring diagram and intelligently expresses of multidimensional information was realized.This power dispatch platform was used in a province power dispatch center.It provides technical support for power dispatch and monitor.
