An artificial neutral network was established based on the date of noctiluca scientillans density and physical and chemical parameters on red tide,using the back propagation(BP)algorithm The model was then used in the study on the relationships between changing physical and chemical parameters and noctiluca scientillans The results showed the model gave expression to the reflexion rule well
