Reliable Data Storage Technology on Data Recorder

The principles and ideas on aircraft black box were used to design a data recorder on industrial control.According to the experimental data recorded by the instrument,the design of equipment can be improved.Firstly,the design ideas of the data recorder are introduced,then the several modules of the system are designed.In order to improve the storage reliability of data recorder,the skill of redundance is given.Then the buffer memory and the ping-pong memory mode are used to solve the problem of inconsistent rates of the transfer data and store data.Finally,it is proved that the system could meet the application requirements under the test of the program.
