Establishment of Military Academy Teaching Quality Evaluation Model Based on Grey System Theory

In terms of actual teaching features in military academies,this paper constructs a Grey Relation Evaluation model to evaluate teaching quality in academies.At first,determining index system which impacts teaching quality through survey and research,and the proportions of all indexes by making use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Then,calculationxy systhetic associated degree between some certain indeves and the superior and inferior ones to determine the synthetic order by using this ratio.Finally,obtaining the most sensitive index in system by analyzing every index.It′s indicated that this evaluation model,which reflects actual situations more accurately and exposes hidden information more deeply,offers theoretic base and decision support for military academy teaching work.
