An Analysis of the Legal Value of Fair Use System

As an important part of the interest balance mechanism of copyright law,fair use system plays an irreplaceable role in coordinating the multi-interest relationship among the creators,disseminators and users,and in safeguarding balance between personal and community interests.However,since the rising of this system,it has been facing constant challenges from science and technology.At present,the network environment greatly influences the formation of the copyright system,and digital network technology forms an unprecedented challenge for copyright fair use system,so it is waiting for inspection and improvement by people.
