Study of assessment of mandarin pronouncing accuracy based on continuous Gaussian mixture HMM

Based on a large amount of speech study and experiments,this paper gives a new method of computer aided assessment of mandarin pronouncing accuracy.By dividing consonant and vowel of Chinese syllable,we establish a speech distinction system of Chinese pronouncing accuracy using the continuous Gaussian mixture HMM.At last,adding the pitch to finish mapping from the characteristics to the mean opinion score.The experimental results show good performance.
