Optimal Joint Power and Spectrum Allocation Method for Cognitive Radio Network with Statistical Interference Constraint

This paper analyzed and modeled the joint power and spectrum allocation of the cognitive radio network with statistical interference constraint.The joint power and spectrum optimal allocation model with statistical interference constraint was presented.Because the model is NP-hard,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the joint power and spectrum optimal allocation model.The joint power and spectrum optimal allocation model on genetic algorithm was proposed,which can effectively ensure the joint power and spectrum optimal allocation.The convergence and correctness of the proposed algorithm were validated by simulation evaluation.
