Improvement on Judgement Matrix Based on Triangle Fuzzy Number

Based on triangle fuzzy number, this paper uses fuzzy probability and expectation to transform expert judgement matrixes into non-fuzzy number judgment matrix. Thus, the consistency of the new matrix can be approached. Finally, the validation of the method is proved by example.
