Generator of Markov Integrated Semigroup

In this paper,the properties between transition function and generator of Markov integrated semiroup are discussed.Some equivalent characterizations of the generator of Markov integrated semiroup are presented.Furthermore,the condition in order that the Kolmogorov forward equations hold is also studied.
