China Science and Technology Input-Output Quadratic Performance Evaluation Based on DEA

Rationally evaluating the input-output of science and technology in China has great significance for reasonable resources utilization and higher efficiency in use of capital.In this paper,by adopting the DEAP2.1 and Linear programming solution in EXCEL,based on the data envelopment analysis quadratic relative efficiency model,the author carried on performance reckoning of the technological input-output in China from 1998 to 2007,pointed out that the overall efficiency was at high level in recent years,and proposed to further improve the technological input efficiency in China.
