Qualitative Simulation for Mental Regressive Game of Manager-Group
Shengping Dong · Acta Simulata Systematica Sinica · 2004
To achieve qualitative simulation of complex management system, the qualitative simulation for the interaction process of manager-group behavior is explored. This process is viewed as a game process. To achieve qualitative simulation of the game process, the concepts of Mental Regressive Game and Mental Safety Equilibrium are developed. The Mental Safety Equilibrium is described by BP neural network. Based on fuzzy mathematics and QSIM, the qualitative variable description method is designed. Based on causality graph, the manager-group interaction description method is designed to yield the strategy space of game. Steps of qualitative simulation are designed to drive the simulation runs by integrating the above methods. At last, VB6.0 and Matlab6.10 are used to code parts of the above studies and applied in selection of enterprise key manager. The simulation results show that the proposed methods are feasible and reasonable when applied in complex management system.
