Based on all-sided requirement analysis of Marine Environment Monitoring System′s data distributing,the article introduces WebGIS(Web Geography Information System) as the distributing platform.The information distributing system not only utilizes the power of WebGIS but also use clustering analysis for alga density predicting.Integrating Web technology,GIS extends the range of data distributing,and makes the distributing intuitionistic and high-effective.Testing indicates that the platform performances fine.
