Exploration and Practice on Informationization Construction of Double-blind Review for Doctoral Dissertation

According to the principles of system integration, facing service, data security and construction of expert-base, exploration and practice of network informationization on double-blind review for doctoral dissertation have been done in this paper. This greatly reduces the management intensity, shortens the review period, and saves the management cost. Based on the summarization of the system running status in the past two years, the suggestions of optimizing the network deployment, establishing short message platform, expanding the judgment area, and fully realizing the network informationization of the review for dissertation have been put forward.
