On the Psychology of Internet Crimes

The paper holds that the Internet crime, a hi-tech criminal form of the modern world, is on the rise and constitutes a threat to the social security more serious than any other conventional criminal form, and that the motivation for such crimes is mainly self-indulgence and proud display of talent. Measures ought to be taken as soon as possible to prevent Internet crimes so as to ensure the healthy development of the net.
