Problems existing in GMDSS and countermeasures

In order to use GMDSS(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) better,according to false alerts,troubles of EPIRB(Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon)'s application and decreases of MF/HF communication system with GMDSS,a set of methods is proposed.The methods include improving the alert design of GMDSS,ensuring the satellite EPIRB to run efficiently,and developing the satellite communication system and the ground radio communication system equally.
