Fault tree analysis on container falling by port crane operation

All the potential reasons for container falling by making on-the-spot investigations are researched in order to draw the fault tree and to find out the basic events.Then the tree is analyzed by its quality to order the significancy of the basic events through its structure.Some reasonable suggestions based on the results are given out which can offer decisive basis to work out the related prevention measures.
