The Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship(QSAR) has been an international active research issue during the last several decades.The history of development and common methods of the Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship are introduced in this paper.The application of toxicity research of chemical materials,the analysis of pollution of the environment and molecular design are introduced in details.At the same time,the prospect of QSAR application in shoe-making is forecasted.
