With the enhancement of people dependent on information and data, data backup is becoming more and more important.A computer file backup system based on Android mobile terminal is designed in this paper. In order to save storage space and reduce the overhead of the mobile terminal, file index and data block index combining strategy is used backup and recovery file which are different backup types. At the same,an improved differential backup method is proposed, the core of which is to get variance information between the different versions of the file on the computer and transmit to the mobile terminal. The experiments show that the design of the system can quickly and accurately file backup and recovery, saving storage space.
