This paper expounds the concepts of the web-scale scientific research discovery system and the personalized service,and in the light of user's retrieval behaviors,makes concrete discussion on the personalized service of the webscale scientific research discovery system from three aspects of the retrieval interface,retrieval process and retrieval result,and probes into the advantages of the personalized service of the system and the importance of deeply mining the personalized service.
