The Transplant of Qt4 Procedure on pxa270 Platform

In order to overcome inconvenience,which the development environment of the host machine and the target machine uniform request bring,the article transplants successfully the Qt4 procedure to the pxa270 platform by repeated experiment.It facilitates the userto use the high edition of Qt to develop application procedure without considering excessively the uniformity of the platform and enhances the development efficiency.
