Principle and Practice Simulation of MMS Gateway

AbstrcatMMS is developed from WAP FORUM and WAP protocol,it pushes the multimedia information such as text,picture and sound to the mobile phone directly by using wap as the main data layer. MMS gateway is the core function in the process of MMS transfer; not only the data transfer and storage in different flats,but also for identifing different terminals,charging fees,even the use for interface and customers' database,identifing the position of customers. This paper presents a MMS gateway by CMPP protocol,WAP gateway and WML language program. It solves the transfer problem between WAP and MMS. The clients can build a MMS gateway with this method. This MMS gateway accelerates the speed of development, reduces the cost of research work and cuts the research period down directly.
