Mining co-regulation gene patterns to perform function association analysis for gene expression data

Association Pattern Discovery(APD)methods are often used to identify co-regulation genes for gene expression data.However,these methods can not discover those latent hidden patterns.Accordingly,we proposed a method to perform function association analysis by mining co-regulation gene patterns in this paper,which not only can discover those hidden co-regulation patterns but also can discovery many relevant biology information.Our method is prior to traditional APD methods and bicluster methods.
